COI deadline: October 14, 2026
Any exhibitor handling cannabis at the show, whether displaying or selling, must submit a copy of their current, state-issued cannabis license.
Every staff member working in a cannabis booth must wear a laminated or plastic-coated identification badge issued by the same licensee whose license was submitted. Each badge must show: DBA name, license number, employee first name, unique employee ID, and a 1″ × 1.5″ headshot.
A booth may use the centralized dispensary or run in-booth sales, not both. Decide before your October 8 submissions, since the two pathways collect different information.
Built for exhibitors of every size. Our centralized dispensary is a compliant, turnkey sampling and sales solution operated by our licensed retail partner.
What it asks of you
Available exclusively to Mini Arena, Arena, and Outdoor exhibitors holding a retail license or partnered with a licensed retailer. Run your own sales operation directly from your booth.
What it asks of you
All cannabis goods reach the show through our distribution partner. Book your product intake appointment by October 9 and have goods at a Nabis warehouse one to three weeks before the show.
These guidelines are not legal advice. Exhibitors are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; where they conflict, those regulations prevail.

Prohibited on the show floor
Admission is 21 and older. Hall of Flowers holds sole control over admission policies at all times.
Comply with local ordinances and Show Management rules on health, fire prevention, and public safety. Non-compliant exhibits or fire hazards may be removed at your expense, and you accept full responsibility for any injury or property damage, including keeping your exhibit within floor-load limits.
HOF provides perimeter guard service during the show and while the hall is closed, but is not liable for theft, loss, or damage. No re-entry after show hours. No exceptions. Arrange your own booth security if needed.
No alcohol may be consumed anywhere on show premises by exhibitors, staff, or guests. Violation is grounds for removal from the show without refund.
No food or beverages may be distributed or sold at the show without a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit issued by the Sacramento County Health Department. Complete the application, then email it to onboarding@hallofflowers.com, not to the city. Applications are due October 4. For questions about the application itself, contact the county at cuevasm@saccounty.gov.
TFF Visual Checklist ↗Your contracted space is for your use only. No subletting or reassigning without written HOF permission. HOF may relocate exhibitors, and failure to occupy or complete your space may forfeit prepaid rentals.
Nothing may be removed from the venue until 5:00 PM on the final show day. Once the show closes, remove all valuables from your display.
Allowed: floral, small props, and framed photos that sit on shelves or tabletops. Nothing may be attached or adhered to shelving units, writing tables, or stools.
Keep your booth neat. HOF may require design changes. Exhibits that disrupt through appearance, smell, noise, or vibration, or that pose a hazard, may be removed at your expense or shut down.
No music or amplified audio of any kind. Mute video sound; use headphones if you want attendees to hear promo audio.
Not permitted. Submit any request to ops@hallofflowers.com for approval.
Aisles, passageways, and overhead spaces stay under HOF control. No signs, banners, decorations, or exhibits there without written permission. Stay within your own space.
Fire Marshal regulations prohibit storing boxes, crates, or packing material at your booth (no more than a one-day supply of literature). Label empties for pickup after Set-Up Day; they're stored and returned at Breakdown, with no access until end of Day 2.
HOF may restrict or remove, without refund, any exhibit deemed unsuitable or objectionable. This includes noise, P.A. systems, persons, animals, printed matter, or conduct.
Subject to on-site CalFire Fire Marshal inspection before and during the show. Non-compliance can mean removal of materials or booth closure. Keep all fire documentation on-site at all times.
No tents or hard covers will be allowed inside the venue due to fire regulations and the building's fire suppression system. Please plan accordingly.
