Booth assignments and placement on the official floor plan are released only after your booth has been paid in full.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all exhibitors.
Yes, power is included with all booth types except Craft Stand and 10×10 Raw Space. Amperage varies by booth type. Please visit your booth type page for the amount included with your booth and instructions for purchasing additional power.
Yes, if you are using the Hall of Flowers back wall. After your booth rendering has been approved, you will receive instructions to upload your artwork through your exhibitor deliverables portal.
No. Hall of Flowers does not provide overnight storage. Exhibitors are responsible for securing or removing all valuables, including cannabis products, at the end of each show day. Lockable storage is required for exhibitors conducting in-booth sales.

Show Management will inspect booths during move-in and show days. Any display exceeding the height limit must be modified or removed.
Boutique & Boutique Plus
These booths are designed as plug-and-play exhibits and include walls, shelving, counters, stools, and booth signage. Custom fixtures are generally not permitted; however, Show Management may approve certain custom elements that comply with booth guidelines. To request approval, email photos and dimensions to ops@hallofflowers.com at least 30 days before the show.
Arena & Mini Arena
Arena booths are fully customizable. All booth renderings must be submitted for approval at least 45 days before show day.
Deliverables are the required submissions needed to participate in the show. All exhibitors must submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI), exhibiting brand name, and full booth payment. Depending on your booth type, additional deliverables may include a booth rendering, back wall artwork, and a cannabis license. Please refer to your Booth Type Checklist in the Exhibitor Manual for your complete list of required submissions.
Boutique & Boutique Plus
Nothing may be attached directly to booth walls. Freestanding displays are encouraged.
Arena & Mini Arena
Wall damage may not exceed an #8 drywall screw. Wall anchors, cutting, or oversized fasteners are prohibited. Anything beyond low-tack vinyl must be approved by emailing ops@hallofflowers.com. Painting booth walls requires a $1,500 refundable deposit and prior approval. All materials must be removed during move-out. Exhibitors are responsible for any repair costs resulting from wall damage.
No food or beverages, including non-medicated cannabis samples, may be distributed or sold without an approved Temporary Food Facility permit. If you plan to serve or sell food or beverages, email onboarding@hallofflowers.com by October 4. Questions about the permit form itself can go to cuevasm@saccounty.gov.
Booth assignments and the official floor plan are released approximately two weeks before show day. Your booth will not be assigned until required deliverables, including full payment, have been completed.
Yes. While exhibitors cannot choose their booth location, Show Management will make every effort to accommodate adjacency requests when possible. Please email requests to ops@hallofflowers.com. Placement cannot be guaranteed.
No. Exhibitor passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please verify staff names before redeeming passes, as names cannot be changed afterward.
Exhibitor ticket redemption codes will be sent to your company's designated point of contact who has been working with the Hall of Flowers Onboarding Team. Ticket redemption codes are typically distributed during the week prior to the event and are only issued to exhibitors who have successfully completed all required deliverables.
Please note that you will not receive your ticket redemption code until all required submissions have been received, reviewed, and approved by Show Management. To avoid delays, we encourage you to submit all required deliverables by the published deadlines.
Each booth package includes a designated allotment of complimentary exhibitor passes. A limited number of additional two-day exhibitor passes are available for purchase at a discounted rate.
Additional passes are available while supplies last and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please refer to the Exhibitor Pass section of the Exhibitor Manual for the complimentary pass allotment associated with your booth type.

No. Free cannabis products may not be distributed during the show. There are two compliant ways to sample and sell: the centralized dispensary, and in-booth sales. Please refer to the Cannabis Guidelines for full detail on both pathways.
