Booth Display Rules
Keep the stand as provided. These apply to every Craft Stand.
No customization
All Craft Stand fixtures must fit comfortably inside or on top of the craft table provided within your designated space. Approved items include florals, framed photos, display products, product packaging, marketing materials, business cards, iPads or laptops, and similar items. Nothing can be attached to, adhered to, or draped over the provided table & stools. No exceptions.
Table top only
All floor-standing fixtures are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, free-standing shelving or display units, clothing racks, meter boards, pull-up signs, TV stands, draping or backdrops, balloon arrangements, flags, and folding tables.
Height limit
To keep sight lines across the show floor clear, no decor or display items may exceed 5′6″ in height. Any fixtures or items that do not meet these requirements may be subject to removal by Show Management.

Provide the exact spelling of the brand you are exhibiting. Your submission is used across show marketing, including the Hall of Flowers website, the newsletter, and the show guide.

Branded Sticker
Your brand graphic prints as the front sticker on your Craft Stand. There is no backwall banner.
Your sticker artwork must include the exhibiting brand name you submitted for show marketing. Artwork without the matching brand name will not be approved for print.

Craft Table Set Up
Craft set up takes place on the morning of Show Day 1. Hall of Flowers provides everything you need, as detailed in the booth guidelines above.
During load-in
Hand carry & personal carts
Bring your own dollies or carts for loading & unloading. Hall of Flowers will have some available at the Exhibitor Service Desk. Please use the designated access points during load-in and load-out.
Dispose of empties
All empty cardboard boxes, totes & small containers must be disposed of after setup.
Exhibitor parking
One Exhibitor Parking Pass will be provided for the exhibitor parking lot, accessed through Gate 12. For the exact lot location, enter Cal Expo Gate 12 into your preferred navigation app.
All setup must be completed by 9:00 AM on Wednesday.
Small parcels: Cal Expo does not receive or store small parcel shipments to the show site. Do not ship any small parcels to the venue. Hall of Flowers is not responsible for the shipment of any packages. If you need to ship, send it to a FedEx/UPS or a party you trust.
Craft Table Breakdown
You may not begin breaking down your booth until the show closes at 5:00 PM on Thursday. Please plan your travel accordingly.
During move-out
Remove everything
Everything must be completely removed from your booth, including cannabis waste.
Non-cannabis waste
Place all non-cannabis waste in the nearest trash receptacle.
Move-out must be complete by 8:00 PM. Nothing can be left at the venue after the show has ended.
Do not schedule a small parcel pick-up from the venue. All parcels must be dropped off at the nearest affiliate mailing center.
