Nabis Distribution partners with Hall of Flowers for Sacramento 2026 at Cal Expo, November 4 and 5. Nabis provides free services for brands selling cannabis at our events: intake of Cannabis Goods for Sale, storage in a climate controlled secure facility, and transport of goods to the show. Even if Nabis is not your current distributor, you can work with them at Hall of Flowers free of charge.

Nabis operates on a receive only basis and does not provide pickup. All intake is by appointment. No products will be accepted after 4:00pm on the final intake day.

2 · Packaging and product limits

Cannabis Goods for Sale submitted to Nabis must not exceed the published product limits.
Centralized Dispensary allotment
Bring a focused assortment of your strongest products and aim to sell through by the end of Day 2. Below are the maximum limits.

In-Booth Sales allotment

Nabis stores all inventory in temperature controlled warehouses and vehicles. No frozen products can be accepted. All boxes delivered to Nabis must be sealed and clearly labeled with:
- "Dispensary" or "In Booth Sales"
- Number of cases (1 of 2, 2 of 2, and so on)
- Brand name
- Description of items (example: Blue Dream 3.5g jars)
- Batch number / UID (example: Batch #: BD3.5)
- Number of units
Nabis will not open any cases. Nabis verifies that the labeled item descriptions and quantities on the boxes match the METRC transfer.
No trade samples
Cannabis Goods for Sale must not be labeled as trade samples, and must comply with DCC packaging and labeling requirements.
3 · Prepare your METRC manifests and COAs
METRC manifests and COAs are required in hard copy upon intake.
METRC manifests
Enter your transfer in METRC as a Transfer, not a Trade Sample and not a wholesale manifest, since the products still need to be resold. Nabis receives your transfer, then creates a transfer from their license to the retail licensee as appropriate.
At intake, bring:
- Two hard copies of your manifest, one for your records and one for Nabis
- Your blue METRC tags, paper-clipped to the matching manifest
- Hand both directly to intake staff. Do not pack them inside your sealed product cases
Each brand must submit its own separate METRC manifest.
Delivery vehicles must match the METRC transfer manifest. Personal vehicles will not be accepted.

4 · Receiving your cannabis goods at show site
Delivery to show site
Nabis delivers all Cannabis Goods for Sale to the Hall of Flowers show site on Tuesday, November 3.
- Onsite Dispensary sellers do not need to pick up product. Confirm you have received your Product Vouchers and QR codes from the dispensary operator.
- In-Booth Sales exhibitors are assigned a pickup window between 12:00pm and 4:00pm. Your window and location are emailed to the Exhibitor Onsite Brand Representative listed on your distribution form.
- Product must be picked up by a badged employee or temporary employee of the retail partner or licensee. Product cannot be released to non retail employees.
