CRAFT Stand GUIDELINES

Includes the following:

  • Exhibition Space - 5’ D X 5’ W X 5’6” H

  • 1 Writing Table - 20.75” D X 47"W x 38"H

  • 2 Stools - 27” H

  • 1 Booth ID Sign - 30” W x 8” H

Please note that all decor items must fit comfortably inside or on top of the writing desk provided and shall not exceed the height restrictions of 5’6”. NO STANDING BANNERS ON THE FLOOR AROUND THE TABLE.


 

Booth ID Sign

You will receive a form to submit the exact spelling of your Exhibiting Brand name for your Booth ID sign and show guides. Each Craft Stand will have a Booth ID sign displaying the brand name. Only one (1) brand name, up to 20 characters (including spaces), is allowed per stand.

Please submit this form no later than 21 days before show day.

To make things easier, we will send weekly deliverable reminders starting 45 days before the show to your team's point of contact listed in your contract. These email reminders will include the Booth ID Form link.

 

 

Booth Display Rules

Booth Fixtures
All Craft Stand fixtures must be able to comfortably fit inside or on top of the writing desk provided within your designated booth space. Approved fixtures include items like florals, framed photos, display products, product packaging, marketing materials, business cards, iPads or laptops, and other similar items.

Nothing can be attached to, adhered to, or draped over the provided desk & stools. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any fixtures or items that do not meet these specified requirements may be subject to removal by show management.

Furniture Removal
We must receive furniture removal requests no later than two weeks before show day, or else we will have to charge a penalization fee. Please fill out the form here!

Internet
Hall of Flowers provides WiFi free of charge to all Exhibitors onsite. Details available upon arrival.

Not Allowed


Booth Area Limit
In order to keep sight lines within the show clear, no decor or display items shall exceed 5' 6" in height.

To maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment, Hall of Flowers provides Craft Booth exhibitors with a writing desk, 2 stools, & a Booth ID Sign.

All floor-standing fixtures are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, free-standing shelving or display units, clothing racks, meter boards, pull-up signs, TV stands, draping or backdrops, balloon arrangements, flags and folding tables.

Sound
Music, amplified sound or audio of any kind is not allowed. If you have a video playing the sound must be turned off. You can use headphones if you want attendees to hear audio from promo videos, etc.

Food or Beverages
Absolutely no food or beverages, including non-medicated cannabis samples, may be distributed or sold at the show without a temporary food facility (TFF) permit issued by the local County Health Department. All TFF applications need to be submitted 30 days before the event. Please contact chris@hallofflowers.com for more information.

Marketing Materials
ALL printed marketing materials MUST comply with the Department of Cannabis Control guidelines. Distribution of marketing and promotional materials is strictly limited to inside the Exhibitor’s booth space. Exhibitor staff or representatives may NOT place or distribute materials of any kind outside of their booth space. Materials include but are not limited to flyers, postcards, brochures, stickers & promotional materials of any kind.


 

Payment

Your contract is activated once the deposit is received, you will not be listed on the website, show guide or any other materials until then. You will not receive your booth assignment or be placed on the show map until full payment is received.

  • Full invoice is due within 1 week of signing the contract.

  • Payment instructions can be found on your invoice. Please indicate your invoice number on all forms of payment.

  • The only acceptable forms of payment are checks and ACH/wire transfers. We do NOT accept credit cards, cash or money orders.

  • Please be sure to make all payments out to CLTV8, LLC.


Booth Set Up

WEDNESday, October 8th, 8am - 9am

LOAD-IN

  • Craft set up will take place on the morning of Wednesday, Show Day 1.

  • Hall of Flowers provides Craft Booth exhibitors with everything needed for a convenient & contemporary exhibiting experience, as detailed in the booth guidelines above.

  • Vehicles arriving at the venue without a Personal Vehicle pass will be redirected to the main event parking lot. 

  • Personal Vehicles are defined as sedans, SUVs, pick-up trucks, vans, and other vehicles designed for passenger use. Vehicles that are not permitted on the show site include trailers, commercial vans, box trucks, bobtails, stake beds, etc.

  • We recommend bringing your own dollies/carts for loading & unloading booth material, however, Hall of Flowers will have some carts/dollies available at the Exhibitor Office.

  • All empty cardboard boxes, totes & small containers must be returned to your vehicle before the show.

  • All setup must be completed by 9AM on Wednesday morning.

     

SMALL PARCEL RECEIVING AND RETURN SHIPPING SERVICES

Pier 36 does not receive or store small parcel shipments to the show site. Do not ship any small parcels to the venue. Hall of Flowers is not responsible for the shipment of any packages. We recommend, if you need to ship anything, to send it to a FEDEX/UPS or a party you trust.

Booth BREAKDOWN

Thursday, October 9tH 5pm-8pm

  • You may not start breaking down your booth until the closing time of the show, 5PM on Thursday. Please plan your travel accordingly.

  • Move-out must be complete by 8PM.

  • Everything must be completely removed from your booth, including cannabis waste.

  • Place all non-cannabis waste into the nearest trash receptacle.

  • Do not schedule small parcel pick-up from the venue. All parcels must be dropped off at the nearest affiliate mailing center.

  • Nothing can be left at the venue after the last day of the show has ended.
