Booth ID Sign

Your Booth ID sign is simply how you would like the brand you are exhibiting’s spelling. 18 characters per line, including spaces, up to two lines! We will send a weekly email reminder to the designated point of contact, outlining any outstanding deliverables. This email will also contain a link to your Booth ID submission form. Click that link to access the form and submit the text of your Exhibiting Brand name/s to be printed on your Booth ID sign.

Please submit this form no later than 21 days before show day.

  • Boutique Booths can list up to 2 brand names — (1 Sign Total)

  • Boutique Plus Booths can list up to 4 brand names. Two brands will be on the left-hand side, the other two on the right-hand side — (2 signs total).

 

Booth Graphics (BOUTIQUE & Boutique Plus Option 2 Only)

All Boutique Option #2 Booths are provided with 1 Hanging Backwall Graphic free of charge.

All Boutique Plus Option #2 Booths are provided with 2 Hanging Backwall Graphics free of charge.

Please do not take the poles that hang the back wall banners; you may leave them in your booth upon load-out and are more than welcome to take your graphic with you!

Submitting Your Booth Graphics:

We will send a weekly email reminder to the designated point of contact, outlining any outstanding deliverables. This email will also contain a link to your Booth Graphics submission form. The point of contact will begin receiving these deliverable emails 45 days before show day. Simply click the link in that email to access the form and submit your booth graphics.

  • Please submit your booth graphics no later than 21 days before show day.

  • Files must be submitted as a .pdf and no larger than 20 MB.

  • Please follow the design and formatting instructions in the template links above.

 

 

Booth Display Rules

Allowed


Booth Fixtures
The following are allowed: floral, small props, framed photos that fit on shelves or table top. Nothing can be applied to, attached or adhered to shelving units, writing tables or stools.

Furniture Removal
We must receive furniture removal requests at least two weeks prior to show day, or else we will have to charge a penalization fee. Please fill out the form here!

Flooring
Exhibit halls are equipped with commercial-grade rubber flooring or polished concrete. No additional flooring is needed. Any floor covering (carpet, astroturf, decals, laminate, wood, etc.) must abide by the following floor dimensions to account for partition legs:

Exhibitors are responsible for removing & disposing of all additional flooring material. Nothing may be left in the booth after load out. Cleaning fees will be assessed if any decals, carpet tape, duct tape, etc. are left in booth after load-out.

Internet
Hall of Flowers provides WiFi free of charge to all Exhibitors onsite. Details available upon arrival.

Not Allowed


Boutique Booth Height Limit
Boutique and Boutique Plus Booth walls are 5'6" tall. NOTHING may extend above the top of the wall.

Booth Walls
Standard booth walls are included. No custom booth walls are permitted without prior approval by Hall of Flowers at least 30 days prior to the event.

NOTHING can be attached to, stuck on, draped over, leaning against, or touching booth walls or shelving in any way. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Custom Fixtures
Custom fixtures are NOT ALLOWED in Boutique booths. Any custom fixtures must be approved by Show Management. Please send color images & dimensions to ops@hallofflowers.com. If said items are not pre-approved, show management reserves the right to remove items from the floor.

Sound
Music, amplified sound or audio of any kind is not allowed. If you have a video playing the sound must be turned off. You can use headphones if you want attendees to hear audio from promo videos, etc.

Food or Beverages
Absolutely no food or beverages, including non-medicated cannabis samples, may be distributed or sold at the show without a temporary food facility (TFF) permit issued by the local County Health Department. All TFF applications need to be submitted 30 days before the event. Please contact chris@hallofflowers.com for more information.

Marketing Materials
ALL printed marketing materials MUST comply with the Department of Cannabis Control guidelines. Distribution of marketing and promotional materials is strictly limited to inside the Exhibitor’s booth space. Exhibitor staff or representatives may NOT place or distribute materials of any kind outside of their booth space. Materials include but are not limited to flyers, postcards, brochures, stickers & promotional materials of any kind.


Booth Set Up

Tuesday, October 7th 10am - 5pm

LOAD-IN

  • Booth set up will take place on Tuesday between 10AM-5PM.

  • Vehicles arriving at the venue without a Personal Vehicle pass will be redirected to the main event parking lot. 

  • Personal Vehicles are defined as sedans, SUVs, pick-up trucks, vans, and other vehicles designed for passenger use. Vehicles that are not permitted on the show site include trailers, commercial vans, box trucks, bobtails, stake beds, etc.

  • We recommend bringing your own dollies/carts for loading & unloading booth material, however Hall of Flowers will have some carts/dollies available at the Exhibitor Office.

  • Hall of Flowers will provide storage for empty crates & pallets. Cardboard boxes, totes & small containers must be returned to your vehicle.

  • All setups must be completed by 5PM on Tuesday. Absolutely no setup is allowed on
    Wednesday, the morning of Show Day 1.

FREIGHT PRE-SHIPMENT

Hall of Flowers provides Boutique & Boutique Plus exhibitors with all the equipment needed for your booth. Supplementary exhibition materials supplied by exhibitors should be able to be hand-carried to the booth. Any exceptions must be pre-approved by experience@hallofflowers.com and are subject to material handling charges.  

SMALL PARCEL RECEIVING AND RETURN SHIPPING SERVICES

Pier 36 does not receive or store small parcel shipments to the show site. Do not ship any small parcels to the venue. Hall of Flowers is not responsible for the shipment of any packages.

Booth BREAKDOWN

Thursday, October 9th, 5pm-8pm

  • You may not start breaking down your booth until the closing time of the show at 5PM on Thursday. Please plan your travel accordingly.

  • Hall of Flowers will return empty crates & pallets to exhibitor booths starting at 5PM.

  • Move-out must be complete by 8PM.

  • Everything must be completely removed from your booth, including cannabis waste.

  • Place all non-cannabis waste into the nearest trash receptacle.

  • Do not schedule small parcel pick-up from the venue. All parcels must be dropped off at the nearest affiliate mailing center.

  • Nothing can be left at the venue after the last day of the show has ended.
