  • 1 Writing Table - 20.75” D X 47"W x 38"H

  • 1 Booth ID Sign - 30” W x 8” H

  • Wood Display Stand - 36"W x 20"D

  • Custon Sign - 48"W x 72"H

Please note that all decor items must fit comfortably inside or on top of the writing desk provided and shall not exceed the height restrictions of 5’6”. NO STANDING BANNERS ON THE FLOOR AROUND THE TABLE.


Submitting Your Booth Graphics:

Starting 45 days before show day, we will send a weekly email reminder to the designated point of contact, outlining any outstanding deliverables. This email will also contain a link to your Booth Graphics submission form. Simply click the link to access the form and submit your booth graphics.

  • Please submit your booth graphics no later than 21 days before show day.

  • Files must be submitted as a .pdf and no larger than 20 MB.



Booth ID Sign

You will receive a form to submit the exact spelling of your Exhibiting Brand name for your Booth ID sign and show guides. Each Craft Stand will have a Booth ID sign displaying the brand name. Only one (1) brand name, up to 20 characters (including spaces), is allowed per stand.

Please submit this form at least 21 days before show day.

To make things easier, we will send weekly deliverable reminders starting 45 days before the show to your team's point of contact listed in your contract. These email reminders will include the Booth ID Form link.

Booth Display Rules

Allowed


Booth Fixtures
The following are allowed: floral, small props, framed photos that fit on shelves or table top. Nothing can be applied to, attached or adhered to shelving units, writing tables or stools.

Furniture Removal
We must receive furniture removal requests 2 weeks before show day, or else we will have to charge a penalization fee. Please fill out the form here!



Flooring
Exhibit halls are equipped with commercial-grade rubber flooring or polished concrete. No additional flooring is needed. Any floor covering (carpet, astroturf, decals, laminate, wood, etc.) must abide by the following floor dimensions to account for partition legs:

Exhibitors are responsible for removing & disposing of all additional flooring material. Nothing may be left in the booth after load out. Cleaning fees will be assessed if any decals, carpet tape, duct tape, etc. are left in booth after load-out.

Provided


Electricity
One outlet with 5 amps of power is included in your booth via a shared power strip or tri-tap receptacle located at the rear of your booths.

One 5-amp outlet can power 2x iPad/iPhone chargers and 1x 40” TV OR 1x iPad/iPhone charger & 1x LED display counter.

Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own power strips & extension cords.

Internet
Hall of Flowers provides WiFi free of charge to all Exhibitors onsite. Details will be available upon arrival.

Not Allowed


Booth Area Limit
In order to keep sight lines within the show clear, no decor or display items shall exceed 5' 6" in height.

To maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment, Hall of Flowers provides Craft Booth exhibitors with a writing desk, 2 stools, & a Booth ID Sign.

All floor-standing fixtures are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, free-standing shelving or display units, clothing racks, meter boards, pull-up signs, TV stands, draping or backdrops, balloon arrangements, flags and folding tables.

Sound
Music, amplified sound or audio of any kind is not allowed. If you have a video playing the sound must be turned off. You can use headphones if you want attendees to hear audio from promo videos, etc.


Food or Beverages
Absolutely no food or beverages, including non-medicated cannabis samples, may be distributed or sold at the show without a temporary food facility (TFF) permit issued by the local County Health Department. All TFF applications need to be submitted 30 days before the event. Please contact chris@hallofflowers.com for more information.

Marketing Materials
ALL printed marketing materials MUST comply with the Department of Cannabis Control guidelines. Distribution of marketing and promotional materials is strictly limited to inside the Exhibitor’s booth space. Exhibitor staff or representatives may NOT place or distribute materials of any kind outside of their booth space. Materials include but are not limited to flyers, postcards, brochures, stickers & promotional materials of any kind.


 

Booth Set Up

Tuesday, September 9th 10am - 5pm

LOAD-IN

  • Booth set up will take place on Tuesday between 10AM - 5PM.

  • Vehicles arriving at the venue without a Personal Vehicle pass will be redirected to the main event parking lot. 

  • Personal Vehicles are defined as sedans, SUVs, pick-up trucks, vans, and other vehicles designed for passenger use. Vehicles that are not permitted on the show site include trailers, commercial vans, box trucks, bobtails, stake beds, etc.

  • We recommend bringing your own dollies/carts for loading & unloading booth material, however Hall of Flowers will have some carts/dollies available at the Exhibitor Office.

  • Hall of Flowers will provide storage for empty crates & pallets. Cardboard boxes, totes & small containers must be returned to your vehicle.

  • All setups must be completed by 5PM on Tuesday. Absolutely no setup is allowed on the morning of Show Day 1.

FREIGHT PRE-SHIPMENT

Hall of Flowers provides Blueprint exhibitors with all the equipment needed for your booth. Supplementary exhibition materials supplied by exhibitors should be able to be hand-carried to the booth. Any exceptions must be pre-approved by experience@hallofflowers.com and are subject to material handling charges.  

SMALL PARCEL RECEIVING AND RETURN SHIPPING SERVICES

Santa Rosa County Fairgrounds does not receive or store small parcel shipments to the show site. Do not ship any small parcels to the venue. Hall of Flowers is not responsible for the shipment of any packages.

Booth BREAKDOWN

Thursday, September 11th, 5pm-8pm

  • You may not start breaking down your booth until closing time of the show at 5PM on Thursday. Please plan your travel accordingly.

  • Hall of Flowers will return empty crates & pallets to exhibitor booths starting at 5PM on Thursday.

  • Move-out must be complete by 8PM.

  • Everything must be completely removed from your booth, including cannabis waste.

  • Place all non-cannabis waste into the nearest trash receptacle.

  • Do not schedule small parcel pick-up from the venue. All parcels must be dropped off at the nearest affiliate mailing center.

  • Nothing can be left at the venue after the last day of the show has ended.
