Event Passes

As an exhibitor at Hall of Flowers, we understand that having the right number of passes for your sales staff is crucial. It is also important to consider the size of your booth when determining the number of staff members needed. Of the exhibitor passes that are provided, it is recommended to have only half the number of staff in your booth at any given time. Having too many staff members in your booth can make it feel overcrowded and not welcoming to retailers. We provide you with a sufficient number of passes to staff your booth, and still provide you with flexibility in scheduling and ensures that you have enough sales staff to cover the event without overcrowding your booth.

In order to get access to your Exhibitor Passes for the event, we will send you a link to Eventbrite with a promo code by EOD Friday, March 14th. This code will be sent to the primary email / Hall of Flowers point of contact as listed on your contract.

Please note that each Event Pass must be designated to one employee. Passes are NON-transferable & can NOT be exchanged even between employees.

 

Exhibitor Passes will be allotted as follows:

*Additional Passes - If you require additional passes, Additional Exhibitor Passes for both days of the show and Industry Passes for Day 2 of the show will be available for purchase.

While you are free to use your passes as you see fit, we recommend using your exhibitor passes for your sales staff. This allows retailers to meet with your sales team members who can provide them with valuable information about your products and services.

Please note that if you purchase a ticket rather than using the provided promo code, we are unable to grant reimbursements.

Launches

If you are launching a brand or product at the show or making a news announcement, please get in touch with pr@hallofflowers.com as soon as possible so we may communicate your messaging into our press materials for March 2025. The deadline to receive information is February 16, 2025.

Social Media Team does not qualify for a press pass.

Please be sure to use your allocated Exhibitor passes for any photographer(s), videographer(s), or other member(s) of your content team you plan on having attend the show. They will not qualify for a press pass.

Weekly Q&A’s Starting IN February

HOF will host weekly Q&A webinars to answer all your show-related questions. Email invitations to register for upcoming webinars will be sent to the exhibiting brand’s primary contact listed on the contract. Please take advantage of this opportunity to Zoom with us directly, as email responses can be delayed as we get closer to the show due to high volume.
